The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page is designed to clarify doubts regarding personal registrations, vehicle registrations, site searches, and assistance items for effective navigation and, most importantly, a better user experience.

In the header, click on the "Sell Your Vehicle" button to register and submit your information for review by DBuy Motors. Once your registration is approved, you will be able to create and post vehicle listings for sale.

Visit the contact page: www.dbuycars.com/contato and send an email to DBuy Motors, detailing your issue with the access email. The DBuy Motors team will then reach out to you, requesting some information to verify your registration. Once verified, they will update your access details and send the new information to you via email.

In the top menu, click on the LOGIN link and then click on "Forgot My Password." Fill out the form fields, and you will receive instructions for resetting your password via email.

In the top menu, go to the LOGIN link and enter your previously registered access details. Once you are in your user dashboard, click on the "My Ads" or "My Profile" link to update the desired information.

On the vehicle’s page, you can contact the seller by:

  • Sending a Proposal
  • Requesting More Information
  • Sharing with a Friend
  • Or by Phone
